Good except for the indifferent reception staff.
Clean rooms and clean washrooms. Good breakfast spread. central location.
They Charged me for breakfast even after having the copy of the boking where in it was clearly mentioned breakfast was included. Reception Staff is very curt and arrogant

staff is trying their best but general concept of this hotel I didn’t like
the room was big staff positive and partly helpful
for 4 star hotel room is very dirty.. I’ve ordered food, spent 10 min to explain that it should be without chilli and got extremely spicy food with chilli.. they cancelled it, thanks to them, but time was waisted and mood too and for breakfast for me there were only fruits, so next breakfast I didn’t even attend in the room with road view you will hear all traffic I’ve asked and they changed my room for back side, and it was quiet the check out time is 9am which is weird and inconvenient. After asking 5 times, they made check out time 11.30.
